With any luck they'll be able to explain their reasoning over the phone tomorrow. Sadly, it's been a comedy of errors so far - for example, when you put in a forwarding order, they're supposed to forward all the mail in the box when they get the order, but that didn't happen when we had our mail forwarded to Cairns last May. We've put in another order, which may get some mail sent over to Perth, but I'm not holding my breath.
Then again, maybe it's just the Darlinghurst branch.
In the meantime, I also have to return the voice mails that are starting to pile up on my phone from various businesses that are getting mail returned to them: Fly Buys, Tahbilk, Clonakilla, Vintage Cellars... grrrr. Sometimes you get the bear, sometimes the bear gets you.
