My new favorite BillG piece

From the Seattle P-I, we have an internal E-mail from a few years back. It start like this:

"They told me that using the download page to download something was not something they anticipated."

They, in this instance, would be the Microsoft product team that developed the software BillG was trying to download.

Man, I swear I sent dozens of mails like this as a Microsoft employee. Now, I understand why nothing ever came of them: in a corporation where the CTO himself gets no results by sending complaint mail, how can a lowly test engineer expect to see any results by doing so?
