The worst DVD I've ever seen

Finally - after two broken DVDs delivered and returned to Netflix - I'm watching an obscure Rosa von Praunheim film called I Am My Own Woman. And - for the first time in my life - I'm watching a DVD that is obviously nothing more than a transfer from a low quality VHS tape, complete with artifacts at the bottom of the frame and a scratchy, wobbly soundtrack. Amazing. It took eleven years to find a DVD that's no better than a tape of the same title - and the low quality, burned in subtitles and fuzzy images remind me only too well of all of those late night trips to that video store in downtown Berkeley.
