I'd gladly do that again - it was super interesting and frankly kind of awesome that modern technology allows for that sort of experience [real time chat software, plus easily availability of the same wine across the planet].
I'll have to do that again soon. The only thing that went wrong was Windows Vista - for some reason, AIM couldn't deal with chat rooms on Vista, only on XP, so we had a bit of a delay in the tasting.
All I have to do now is figure out what the next candidate will be... it has to be affordable and damn near ubiquitous. I'm thinking perhaps the Penfolds 2006 Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet or perhaps the Paul Jaboulet Côtes du Rhône Parallèle 45 Rosé. Any takers in, say, about a month from now?
