Replacing our laptop

Last weekend, Dan reached his limit in regards to our ongoing frustration with the 3-year old Dell laptop that we use for travel. It has problems with our Apple AirPort router [Dan thinks it's Apple's fault, I think it's just that its Intel Wi-Fi circuitry is ancient], its built-in SD card reader can't deal with new Hi Density-SD cards, and it's frankly slow at this point compared to my MacBook. So, we ditched it. Of course, I had to do a price comparison chart first!
