That's right... horse insurance.
If you send a fax to Microsoft, it never becomes paper - it just exists as an image file that sophisticated software tries to scan for likely contact information. I received my first fax in three years today - and even after calling the sender, I have no idea who was really supposed to receive it (none of the names offered by the horse insurance agent matched anyone in the company address book - besides, who the hell would spell their last name cratto?).
Ah well.
Hopefully I'll get something more interesting next time...
