That wasn't a 100%

... but it wasn't bad either. Of the 50 questions and 15 labels, there's really only one I know I didn't get at all right: what is the primary grape of Valpolicella? I said it was schiava [damn you foodpoisoningsf!], but it's actually corvina Veronese. I also made a small mistake on Tokaji - I figured that the "dry or sweet?" was a trick question as it didn't say "Tokaji aszú," but I think I'm wrong on that one [although Google is now telling me that there are in fact dry Tokaji wines, and that Aszú wines are only ever sweet, it's a poorly worded question and I don't think I'll be able to slide by on it]. At least I remembered the grape varieties correctly: Furmint and Hárslevelű. I wouldn't be surprised if I got the diacritics wrong, though.

On to the business plan writing [due Thursday] and the tasting exam [tomorrow, and I'm coming down with a cold - bleargh].
