Dan called me shortly before I started climbing the mountains to let me know I'd left my wallet at home. D'oh! Good thing I switched to a local bank, though - I just showed 'em my student ID and they withdrew cash from my checking account for me. Even better, one of the two clerks chatted me up about some experimental grape variety plantings her cousin had done in Yakima last year - it's a small town, everyone's friendly, and there's always time to chat. I love it.
In other news, the Clif bars I bought from Amazon.com last September have SELL BY 09 AUG 05 stamped on them. Ewww, gross. If there's anything that scares me it's past its sell-by date food. I wonder if they'll replace them?
Class starts in 90 minutes, and I need to do some reading beforehand. Bye!
