Be.

Well, Jean-Louis Gassée has resigned from Be. The company's basically out of business now; all remaining assets are to be sold off in about two weeks. So what is their final business move? To sue Microsoft for alleged antitrust violations.

When all else fails, sue Microsoft. Sure, maybe you made a few business mistakes - perhaps the dual processor BeBox was a bad idea because it was expensive and couldn't run any other OS. Maybe it was a bad idea to develop for Apple hardware because you know you could never get Apple to give you detailed information about how the hardware functions. And maybe it was a bad idea to demand too much money from Apple for your OS, especially when competing against the Jobsian reality distortion field.

But I suppose it really is all Microsoft's fault. Why not sue them? I'm sure you have a very strong case.
