When all else fails, sue Microsoft. Sure, maybe you made a few business mistakes - perhaps the dual processor BeBox was a bad idea because it was expensive and couldn't run any other OS. Maybe it was a bad idea to develop for Apple hardware because you know you could never get Apple to give you detailed information about how the hardware functions. And maybe it was a bad idea to demand too much money from Apple for your OS, especially when competing against the Jobsian reality distortion field.
But I suppose it really is all Microsoft's fault. Why not sue them? I'm sure you have a very strong case.
