It's about time

Earlier this year, Microsoft changed its internal employee handbook to expressly protect expression of gender identity in the workplace. As a result, Microsoft now scores a perfect 100 according to the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's criteria, joining Apple, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Motorola, and Sun Microsystems in the process.

What's kind of ironic is that they changed the handbook to protect gender identity and/or expression long before the huge stink over HB1515 showed up last month.
