'Dazed and Confused' filmmaker sued

Linklater’s classmates say movie caused embarrassment, ridicule

My $0.02: Funny, I had always assumed the characters in that movie were fictional. Now I know that they might well have been based on actual losers.

BTW, the [hopefully vastly improved - the original DVD looks and sounds like ass] revised DVD of the movie is due out in a few more weeks.
