Interesting

LiveJournal 'interests' amuse me, especially interests that are so out there that only one or two people have them, e.g. strictly validated HTML.

However, djmrswhite wins hands down for having the coolest interest list of anyone on lj.

Update: figured I might as well explain these things...

bears are bearded furry gay men such as myself
clonakilla is the best damn winery on the face of the planet
cofermentation is fermenting more than one grape variety together, e.g. shiraz-viognier
dry riesling is exactly what it sounds like, e.g. Grosset Polish Hill
e. e. m. is anything from Steve Reich tape loops to [The User] dot matrix printer symphonies
hiking is me walking uphill getting very annoyed in the process
khachapuri is the Georgian national dish: bread with cheese inside
long girlish lunches is something you need to Google for
max tundra can be found at http://www.maxtundra.com
msn mobile services can be found at http://mobile.msn.com
oulipo is the workshop for potential literature - Perec, Mathews, Queneau, et al
sevcom can be found at http://www.sevcom.com
strictly validated html is something I can't actually write but admire from a distance
tea is made from Camellia sinensis; I like it best from Georgia or Kenya, with milk and sugar
travel is also known as bear and marmot on tour in [Hawaii this year, Australia the next]
unicode is a way to represent human writing systems electronically
wine is an excellent drink, but not if it's chardonnay
writing systems are fun to think about, even if I can only read two
