Yeah, I hardly ever use my 'real' E-mail account these days - there's just too much spam in there. Thought I'd finally turn it off, but I did want to download mail from it one last time.
There were something like 5000+ messages in there. Of those, I recognized about 10 of them as being legit.
Nice to see that Outlook Express didn't automatically download images or allow access to the most common bad file types [scr, pif]; on the other hand, ZIP files were perfectly OK, and all infected with Netsky variants.
No wonder so many folks get viruses and spyware on their systems. The act of receiving mail brings out the curious idiot in most of us, I guess.
