Phromnia rosea insect nymphs; juvenile flatid leaf bugs
This has got to be one of the weirdest things I've ever seen: at Zombitse national park, the guides showed us a few bushes that were absolutely covered in this tiny, waving white things. It looked like sentient cotton. Very, very cool.
