Now we've made it official," and I'm not sure what that's referring to. Perhaps the Apple QuickTake 100?

They had one of the best things I've ever tasted on their menu: crumbled sweet corn, which was fresh roasted corn mashed wtih cornmeal to make a deliciously sweet, filling dessert. Sadly, Taco Bell decided not to go ahead with the concept, leaving the market for upscale freshly-made fast(ish) Mexican food to Baja Fresh and Chipotle, both of whom existed at the time (but were still small).
