Other CDs that I have yet to break into:
Steel Pole Bath Tub, Scars From Falling Down (with European bonus tracks)
Ken Ishii, Millennium Spinnin' at Reel Up
Michael Jackson, You Rock My World (it was, like, four bucks, and I felt compelled to finally buy my first Michael Jackson item of any kind, sorry)
Haysi Fantayzee, Battle Hymns for Children Singing (ouch)
Nuggets: Luke Vibert's Selection
Ben Folds, Rockin' the Suburbs
FLR, Easy Filters
Gak Sato, Tangram
Paul van Dyk, Out there and back (again, ouch)
Gescom, Keynell (I think; this is a bubble wrapped CD)
Now, I assure you that I really do have sophisticated tastes, but I know you'll never believe me with dreck like this. I don't know what came over me in Tokyo, I really don't, but sometimes things just don't turn out the way you expect them to.
Oh, and before I forget: "Drukqs" is currently the #1 selling album at Tower Records in Shinjuku. It was weird seeing the album cover on a ten story high jumbotron just outside the JR station. Very weird. I mean, it's going to make it to, what, #120 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the USA?
